It is a free mobile internet services that allows you to use Skype, MSN live messenger, Yahoo Messenger, etc to chat and call (Skype calls) using your cellphone (Symbian OS) and an internet connection (3G, GPRS or WiFi)
Why it's cool?
It is free. You can download it from www.fring.com and install it in your phone. It's very easy to use. Once you've install it, you can "subscribe" or login to any supported instant messenger (and they support tons) - MSN live messenger, YM, Skype, AIM, etc... You can chat seamlessly (well, seamlessly depends on your internet connection =)) and even do live calls thru Skype or send pictures thru MSN. You can send pictures that you took from your phone to your contact, and you don't need to upload it in a PC! XD
All you need is your cellphone, an internet connection and viola! Chat whenever, wherever...
With the situation we're in right now, fring is the next best thing since N95 8G. With the crappy wifi my laptop's got, fring has allowed me to still chat and share pictures anytime. And since it's installed on my phone, I don't have to bring a laptop everytime I go to other people's houses. I just connect to their wifi using my phone and I can fring...It's so mobile, it can fit in your pocket. @__@ And did I mention it's free? ^_^
